My Review: Never More is a steamy, witty, and passionate read that will make you laugh, smile, and sigh. The story focuses on Raven and Amanda while having the other characters play a pretty decent role throughout the story. Amanda is Raven's mate and Raven does everything within his power to ease her into his world and their fate.
I liked both Amanda and Rave, together and apart. Amanda is clever, blunt, sassy, and sweet. She loves fiercely, protects those she deems in need of it, and works hard. Raven is a bit darker, deeming himself a tainted mess, with an inner child that has been clawing to be set free, a witty mouth, and enough confidence for half a dozen men. While Raven is a creative, an artist, Amanda is an event planner. They tease one another, push one another, and are the ultimate compliment of each other, the other half. Amanda gives Raven the light he so desperately seeks and saves him with her devotion and love. In return, Raven gives Amanda the kind of love she never thought she could have and the kind of passion most people never get to experience.
I give this novel a solid 4.5 stars. I laughed , snorted, and giggled many times while reading because of the exchanges between all of the characters, specifically between Raven and Amanda. I found myself panting due to the sexual tension at other times. The characters all fed off of one another, the story progressed easily, and there was a sweet love paired with a happy ending. There isn't much more you could really ask from this book and that is why my rating is damn near perfect.
A favorite moment from the book: "He lifted his gaze from her hand and allowed the green of his lineage seep into his eyes. 'That would be you, my sweet.'
She stared at him, stunned. 'Well. Fuck me sideways.'
'Soon, my sweet.' He kissed her fingers. 'Soon.'"

My Review: Ah, I do love a good historical romance novel and that is exactly what A Highland Knight to Remember gave to me. The story line is intriguing, not a very typical story, and the characters are easy to love. The writing allows the reader to easily fall into the spirit of the times. I loved this read and it reminds me why I like to read historical romance!
Gyllis and Sean have grown up together and Sean is her overbearing brother's best friend. Sean has always had a thing for Gyllis but was forced to bottle it due to his best friend's warnings and feelings. At the Beltane Festival, Gyllis makes it quite obvious she desires Sean and will do what she has to do to have him. The two have their own tragedies to work through with Sean's father passing away and Gyllis having becoming mostly paralyzed. The thing they must learn is that love is the greatest gift of all and that they are stronger together than they ever were apart.
I loved Sean and Gyllis! Gyllis is a spirited woman, especially for the time she is in. She has heart, brains, and beauty. Sean is a warrior, strong, passionate, and true. He recognizes Gyllis as an equal in his heart, reveling in her clever brain and passionate nature. The two are passionate creatures, pushing the boundaries of what is acceptable in the name of love and lust.

My Review: Maxon left me charmed and delighted. This fantasy romance centers around Maxon and Lianna. The attraction between the two is instant, even if neither of them wanted it to be. Through the book they come to trust, rely, and care for one another. The bond between them is built upon all the right kinds of stones.
Maxon, I have a lot to say about Maxon. Maxon is witty, clever, snarky, and loyal. He's one hell of a demon slayer and finds himself losing interest in that aspect of his life. His course changes once he meets Lianna. Lianna is daring, passionate, and gutsy. She does what she believes is best and follows her heart. The two make a striking pair and suit one another.
The story weaves the reader into the novel's world effortlessly, even for someone who has not read the prior books in the series. This shows the talent the author possesses as many fail to be able to draw a reader in when such a complicated world exists. The story will captivate you from the very first page as you are presented with a very snarky and annoyed Prince Maxon. I was given this ARC in exchange for an honest review and I can happily say Maxon deserves a perfect 5 star rating.

My Review: Texting Under the Influence is a short and sweet read about it all working out in the end. Jack and Jenna work together at an advertising firm and are actually forbidden to even date. Jenna was drinking to deal with her failed relationship with a guy who couldn't and wouldn't commit to her. Jack receives Jenna's text and decides to act upon his crush since she reached out. The two are good together and all parts fall into place by the end.
It should be noted that Cosmo reads are not meant to be long novels like Since Drew, Black Rainbow, or This Man. This novel served its purpose and was constructed well. Everyone loves a sweet Irish accented man. An easy four stars is what this gets.

My Review: Fell easily in love with The Vampire's Fall! From the first few words, the story tugs you in and by the third chapter, you're captivated. There's vampires, faeries, werewolves, demons, angels, witches, and things in between. Zen and Blade meet while Zen is wandering around trying to find her memory. The two appreciate one another physically, it isn't hard when both are attractive beings.
Through a few loops in Fate's tapestry, Blade begins to help Zen in finding who and what she is. What Blade never expects is to find exactly what he needs, a reason to believe in love and have love. While Blade is trying to aid and save Zen, she's actually saving him. They save one another by falling in love and figuring out that Destiny offers more than one choice and it is up to you to make the one you believe in the most.
I loved Blade! He's a vampire faerie hybrid thanks to his genetic makeup from his parents and grandparents. He's a demon slayer due to personal reasons and keeps women at a distance due to the same reasons. Blade's a warrior, calculating, loyal, honest, and strong willed. There isn't much you can not like about him considering his faults make him all the more endearing.
Zen is much more complicated and her kind is revealed slowly throughout the story. She struggles with memory loss but knows things that don't pertain to her specifically which causes other issues. She is crafty, curious, honest, and daring. Zen is a great heroine and makes you like her all the more when she shows she has a strong and true heart.
The writing is detailed and liquid, allowing the reader to easily navigate the world of the novel. The characters work off of one another, grow, and shape through the printed words. The romantic element is strong and used well to add to the character and plot development. I was given this ARC in exchange for an honest review. I quite honestly loved the story line, fantasy is always such a fun way to spin a story, and give the book a solid 4.5 star rating.

My Review: I just have one pitch to make and it is to the future readers of this book. The Pitch is charming, witty, and refreshing. Belinda Williams takes the reader through a journey many modern women face today, finding love while building their careers. The writing is solid, the story is relatable, and the characters are just darling. Due to giving me many moments of laughter, giving me a male character I couldn't help but love, and a female character I could easily relate to, The Pitch gets a solid 5 star rating from me. Being a creative myself, I found it so easy to understand and relate to Madeline and I loved that. Sometimes it is hard to get so touched and into a story but I never had that issue while reading this.
Madeline and Paul are fabulous together and apart. Madeline is fifteen years Paul's junior but his equal in every way. She is drive, clever, creative, and passionate. She puts herself out there and gives Paul no option but to fall into their chemistry. Paul is mature, driven, passionate, and dominant. He has misgivings about getting involved with someone so much younger than him for several reasons. Madeline ensures to break down each of his barriers as they fall deeper into one another personally and professionally.
A memorable scene I just loved: "I was going to order some room service. What would you like?" he asked.
"You."
Paul's face broke into a broad grin. "You're a very single-minded woman."
"I thought you liked that about me?" I teased.
"I do." His eyes darkened. He reached over and pulled me to him.
I loved, loved, LOVED Paul. Romance novels are designed that way, to fall in love with the male lead. There wasn't much to not love about Paul. He was a man in his prime, sharp as a whip, full of humor, and a good man. He had his faults but he was never to proud to admit to his own mistakes or try to fix them. The age gap between he and Madeline bothered him quite a bit initially but I never gave it much thought because together they were dynamic.

My Review: Entice is beautifully heartbreaking and deeply passionate. Laurie has to walk out on her husband, her high school sweetheart, because she found him cheating on her. She goes to a work convention for the weekend and promptly runs smack into Liam. The two have a deep attraction that neither want to deny.
Liam is crude, wicked, and demanding. Liam has all the makings of a redeemable hero and gives Laurie pleasure she didn't think possibly. Laurie is torn apart by her failing marriage, her attraction to Liam, and yet another few twists that get thrown into the mix.
I loved Liam and loved him with Laurie. While he has character flaws, he clearly cares about Laurie as more than a simple fuck. They are addicted to one another but it isn't purely physical. This book leaves you with a cliffhanger and all but forces you to read the next book, Embrace.

My Review: HOLY HELL! Breach grips you by the throat from the very first page of the prologue and doesn't let you go until the last word of the cliffhanger ending. I started this book and finished it in one sweep, two solid hours of swallowing the words on the page. This book is a perfect score of 5 out of 5 for me because it just really got to me.

Nathan and Delilah take notice of one another from the moment they first meet. There's this thick tension between them and Nathan drivers her mad because he's quite the arrogant douche. Not too many days into working together do they end up going at it like savage beasts in their office. From then on the battle ensues. Nathan tries to keep his distance, but fails. Delilah doesn't even try to stay away from him, she craves him.
Nathan. Nathan. Nathan. Ah, precious, gorgeous, broken, shattered Nathan. Nathan has a facade he keeps in place while at work, usually, that shows him as charming, cocky, and witty. The true Nathan that slips when dealing with Delilah is passionate, desperate, possessive, and broken. Nathan makes you ache for him and want to cocoon him in love.
Delilah, I liked Delilah. Delilah has worked at her firm for five years and struggles with her own demons. She is smart, passionate, broken, and determined. She tends to keep herself in check while at work but opens herself up to Nathan. She sees Nathan for what he is, a being like her, and can't help the pull to him.
This is one of my favorite parts of the novel:
-"With all the times you've said 'fuck' tonight, I think I know what you really want. What you need, Lila."
"What is it you think I need?" I was getting more pissed off, and, to my annoyance, aroused at the same time.
"Cock. You need a fucking hard cock in your tight little pussy." He let out a ragged breath, eyes dilated.-
I love K. I. Lynn's ability to paint two shattered characters so vividly that you believe they are real while reading. I adore Lynn's weaving of dark themes into the world of romance, thus making the saving grace for both of these tormented souls each other. I laughed, panted, giggled, snorted, and screamed "WHAT?!" during my reading of this story. I've already downloaded the second book to read because I need to know what happens!
Hi Samantha, Thank you for your lovely review of A Highland Knight to Remember! I'm getting very excited about its release on May 15th!
